Your coach will go through overall coaching expectations in your intake- to ensure we get the most of your sessions.

5 Sessions where we'll explore key values and goals, what's holding you back, and get a clear road forward for your growth journey.

This session also includes our reflection session to help us align on achievements and ways forward.
The Confidence Code

You'll be sent our full session package. We'll work through your priorities and values in your first 2 sessions. To set some clear alignment for your journey ahead.

We'll then start your journey with a further 5 coaching sessions on your coaching sessions

To finish we'll do a reflection session which will help us to align as to all you've achieved and your way forward.

Empower Yourself With Northern Star
Additionally, we do individual sessions which are £125.00 per session. Please enquire about these separately & our corporate sessions. ​ We also have group CV, and career workshops which run within a small group- at £30.00 per session. These are designed as one off sessions and are more instructive. They will be posted here when available, and do sill up quickly.
